Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G vs 720G vs MediaTek Helio G90T

Finding the best processor, the most controversial processors are  Snapdragon 720G, Snapdragon 730G & Helio-G90T. Looking at the overall performance, both Snapdragon processors and Mediatek processors are really great. Helio-G90T was started first from Redmi Note 8 Pro, in which it was recommended as the great one for gaming processors in mid-range phones. But now directly after Mediatek-G90T, it is seen that Snapdragon 720G is there in both Redmi Note 9 Pro and Realme 6 pro. Basically, the difference lies in terms of gaming, more specifically talking about PUBG, Helio G90T can run PUBG's full settings for a smooth flow in which frame rate is supported as 60fps which is a great achievement for mid-range processors, similarly, Snapdragon 720-G can't run PUBG's highest setting as it has a by-default frame rate lock and supports only up to 40fps. Thus this makes Helio G90-T is much better in terms of gaming.

Talking about the real-world usage of Snapdragon- 720G, it runs in 8nm processing technology which increases Energy efficiency and also, reduces heating of the device. In terms of CPU, more good performance is being shown by Snapdragon 720-G because; the CPU used in it is comparatively highly powerful then MediaTek-G90T. And overall Benchmark score is not that much different, implying that more better-Efficiency demanding users can upgrade themselves to Helio G90T as it is a more powerful processor. Similarly, users demanding a more powerful CPU could easily upgrade to Snapdragon 720. Snapdragon 720-G, it shows a better AI technology which also supports the Indian MAVIC navigation system with some other additional features. Which makes it stand a step forward with respect to Helio-G90T. So it can be said that, in some cases, Helio-G90T is more preferable and likewise in some cases Snapdragon-720G & Snapdragon-730G is preferable. As Helio-G90T is quite old, so it's the price range is quite cheaper then Snapdragon-720G and 730G. Thus it's actually easy to find an helio-G90T in midrange phones.

Talking about Snapdragon-720G & 730G, the major fact is that basically both the processor r mostly identical to one another. Both run Adreno 618-GPU, but Snapdragon-730G runs 15% faster then Snapdragon-720G as compared to Adreno618-GPU. But being 15% faster, it still couldn't support the highest settings of PUBG and keeps a frame-rate locked up to 40fps. Thus this concludes that the case of Gaming performance between Snapdragon-720 and Snapdragon-730 is almost similar and Helio-G90T appears to be in further winner stage. On this basis, both show better thermals in Snapdragon-720 as-well-as in Snapdragon-730, but Snapdragon-720G shows a comparatively high clock speed of 2.3ghz and Snapdragon-730 shows quite slow clock-speed (i.e. 2.2ghz). Thus the overall, it can be said that they show a difference of 100 mAh. Similarly, snapdragon-720 is based on Cryo-465 Architecture based CPU, and  Snapdragon-730 is based on Cryo-470 Architecture based. Thus CPU performance shown in Snapdragon-720 is more preferred and in the Gaming case, Snapdragon-730g is more preferable. And in Real-World, both the processors show almost similar performance and the processing power is also not too much different. In a case of better AI and MAVIC support in Snapdragon-720g makes it a high rated processor.

A major problem is shown in the case of Google Camera mode in the MediaTek processor is not so good and thus, Snapdragon processors are able to show better performance showing good support to Google Camera.

Truly three of the processors are really good, but based on the user's interests and daily usage basis, one can choose one's preferred processor.
